Muran is an experienced corporate attorney at Egan Nelson LLP, an elite boutique law firm. Muran advises founders, entrepreneurs, and emerging companies throughout all stages of the business life cycle from initial formation to M&A exits. Muran also serves as external General Counsel for companies that want to keep a lean legal team while focusing on growing their businesses. Muran has a strong passion to support first-generation entrepreneurs and small business owners, especially minority owed companies. Her clients appreciate her ability to provide a wide range of legal services while still maintaining a cost-effective approach.

Prior to joining E/N, Muran practiced corporate law at some of the largest Wall Street law firms in NYC and Washington D.C. for years. When she realized that her passion was in representing startups and emerging companies with a leaner model, she made the move to a boutique firm to focus on providing exceptional legal services to clients who want a more personalized and efficient approach. Muran is based in the New York City area, but works with clients across the United States and internationally.
